My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location is convenient and safe, right in the heart of Sao Paulo. The rooms could use some updating as the decor and carpets were old. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service felt a bit indifferent at times. The dining options were varied but service was slow to replenish items. The facilities were decent, but some areas needed attention.
